1. Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We offer reliable shipping both domestically and internationally. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by tracking information as soon as your item ships.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • International orders: Usually arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on customs and local delivery services.

Please note: Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen courier issues.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care to ensure that every product is thoroughly inspected and shipped out in excellent condition. If you have any concerns about your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

While we do our best to prevent this, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hour period of ordering the item. After that, your order is processed and shipped, and we’re unable to make changes.

 

6. How do I know which size to order?
